This program can be used to upgrade the firmware of most ELC products

that have a USB port.

download upgrade program (windows including USB driver XP/Vista/Win7 32 and 64 bit)

download upgrade program (mac OSX)

(this software does not work with sidekick)

How to upgrade

Please follow the next steps:

To update the product firmware follow the next steps:

- download and install the USB update software (above)

- power off the unit

- connect the unit via USB to the PC (or Mac)

- press and hold the boot button (product dependant read below)

- power on the unit (while holding the button)

- release the button when the unit has power

- for windows, a driver is to be installed (find this in the downloaded software package)

- run the update program on the computer

- click on update

- select the downloaded file

- power off and back on the unit

- ready
